These terms apply to your use of the Flydays website. By using the site or registering your school, you agree to them. The site is operated by Flydays Ltd, a company registered in Ireland (company number 792075).

1. The website

This is an informational website for Flydays. We may change, update or remove content at any time. We try to keep information accurate but make no guarantee that it is complete or error-free.

2. Registering your school

When you register, you confirm that:

• the details you provide are accurate, and the WhatsApp number is yours to use;
• you consent to receive a small, fixed number of WhatsApp messages from Flydays, and email updates if you opted in (see our Privacy Policy).

Any free sample pack referenced on the site is subject to availability, to enough people from a school registering, and to a limit of one free sample pack per school. It is offered at Flydays' discretion and is not a binding promise.

3. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, images, branding and design — is owned by Flydays or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

4. No warranties

The site and its content are provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flydays excludes all warranties, express or implied, regarding the site.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flydays will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Irish law.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the courts of Ireland have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
